Support ticket system launched
24 October 2026
What's new: A support ticket form on the Support page — choose a category (Bug Report, Payment / Subscription, Refund Request, Account / Login, Feature Request, Account Deletion / Privacy, Report a User / Child Safety, or Other), describe your issue, and optionally attach a screenshot. You receive a Ticket ID immediately, and our team replies by email.
What it means for you: You no longer need a Discord account to get help with payments, accounts or safety — and private matters stay private.
Legal pages expanded + new pages

What's new: Dedicated Pricing and Refund Policy pages; this Updates page and a Policy Updates page that records every policy change; expanded Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, including a new Child Safety section.
Changed: The refund request window is now 24 hours from purchase (see Policy Updates for the full before/after).
What it means for you: Clearer prices, clearer rules, and a safer community — all in one place.
FSD Studio v2.1.0 — Subscriptions

What's new: PRO and MAX subscription plans (weekly and monthly); an in-app Subscribe guide that shows your own User ID; plan prices shown for your country.
Improvements: The website download page was updated to v2.1.0 with the new version's verified SHA-256 checksum.
What it means for you: You can now unlock 100 or unlimited downloads, HD renders up to 1024px, AI renders, all poses and premium backgrounds.
FSD Studio v2.0.2 — Interface refresh

What's new: A refreshed interface, precise drag-only sliders in the Studio, and a loading indicator while previews are prepared.
Fixed: Exports now match the on-screen preview exactly — same position, scale and angle.
What it means for you: What you see in the app is exactly what you download.
