Privacy Policy

What changed (24 October 2026): This policy was expanded in detail — what we collect and why, how long we keep it, your rights and how to use them, deletion within 30 days, and a fuller Children section (minimum age 13; guardian permission for under-18s; only limited data). 1. What we collect

Account information: your email address and sign-in provider (email/password or Google) when you create an FSD Studio account, managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
App usage data: your plan (Free, Pro or Max), daily usage counters (such as render and download counts), and account status, stored in our database so your plan and limits work correctly.
Content you process: Minecraft usernames you search and skin files you upload are sent to our render service to produce your renders. Public Minecraft profile data (skins and capes) is fetched from public Minecraft APIs.
Purchase information: when you buy a paid plan, our payment provider processes your payment and confirms it to us. We receive your plan, purchase date and payment status — we never receive or store your full card details.
Technical information: basic technical data needed to deliver renders and prevent abuse, such as app version and request counts, processed through our delivery provider.
Support messages: if you contact us by email, Discord ticket or the support form on this website, we keep that conversation to help you. Website support tickets collect your email address, the category and subject you choose, your message, your FSD Studio User ID if you provide it, and a screenshot if you attach one.

We do not collect your device contacts, precise location, photos or files outside what you choose to upload to the app.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run the Services: signing you in, applying your plan and limits, generating your renders, keeping accounts safe, and answering support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.

3. Legal basis

We process your personal information on two legal bases: contract — processing needed to provide the Services you sign up for (your account, your plan and your renders); and legitimate interests — keeping the Services secure, preventing abuse of plans and APIs, and improving the app, balanced against your rights and expectations.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Services. They process data only as needed for their part of the service, under their own security and privacy terms:

Google Firebase Authentication & Firestore — account sign-in, and storage of account, plan and usage data.
Cloudflare — secure delivery of render requests between the app and our render service.
Our payment provider (merchant of record) — processes plan purchases and confirms them to us; it handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Public Minecraft APIs — public profile, skin and cape data, fetched when you search a Minecraft username.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only where necessary to operate the Services (the providers above), where the law requires it, or with your clear permission. Minecraft usernames and skins are public game data by nature.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity. Support conversations are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on earlier issues. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records). You may request deletion of your account and its stored data at any time by emailing fsdteamofficial@gmail.com or opening a ticket in our Discord server. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for security or legal reasons, which we will explain if you ask.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law in Bangladesh and the commitments in this policy, you may at any time:

Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
Ask us to delete your account and personal information (see Section 6).
Object to, or ask us to limit, processing that is based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw any consent you have given, where processing depends on consent.

To use any of these rights, email fsdteamofficial@gmail.com from your account email or open a Discord ticket. We respond within 30 days. We may first need to confirm your identity, to keep your information safe.

8. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We collect only the limited account information described in Section 1 — we never ask children for photos, precise location, school details or contact lists. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at fsdteamofficial@gmail.com and we will review and remove it. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 will be deleted.

9. Security

Access to our systems is restricted, plan and permission data is protected by server-side rules, and downloads from this website link only to our official release files, each published with a SHA-256 checksum.

10. Changes to this policy

Every change to this policy is recorded on our Policy Updates page with the date, what changed, and what it means for you. Significant changes will also be announced in the app and on Discord before or when they take effect.
