Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026 • Applies to all FSD ETC apps and services, including FSD Studio.

What changed (24 October 2026): The refund request window in Section 12 is now 24 hours (previously 7 days), with exceptions and processing times clarified. Price wording in Section 4 was corrected — prices are listed in USD and the app shows local currency. 1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using any FSD ETC application or service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What the Services are

FSD Studio is an Android application that lets you search for Minecraft player skins by username or upload your own skin file, create pose, studio and mob renders, edit skins, and download the results. Features, limits and availability may change as the app is improved.

3. Accounts

Some features require a free FSD Studio account (email/password or Google sign-in).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
Email accounts must be verified before full access is granted.
One person may not create accounts to bypass plan limits or suspensions.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the Services.

4. Plans, limits and pricing

The Services include a free plan with daily limits and paid plans ("Pro" and "Max") with higher limits and additional features, as shown in the app.
Plan prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) on our Pricing page. In the app, prices are shown in your local currency: prices for Bangladesh are exact in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and prices for other countries are approximate conversions from USD. Purchases are completed only through the official payment channels presented in the app or on this website.
We may change plan features, limits or prices for future periods; changes will be announced in the app or on Discord before they take effect.
Modified, cracked or re-signed copies of our apps are not supported, may be blocked, and accounts using them may be suspended.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or overload the Services' servers or APIs; attempt to bypass plan limits, feature gates or security checks; reverse-engineer the Services except where the law permits; use the Services to create or distribute unlawful, hateful or infringing content; or impersonate FSD ETC or any other person.

6. Your content and Minecraft skins

You keep all rights you hold in skins and images you upload or create with the Services.
Minecraft player skins belong to their respective account owners, and Minecraft itself is the property of Mojang/Microsoft. Only upload or edit content you have the right to use.
By using render features you grant us the limited permission needed to process your content on our servers to produce your renders.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, abuse the Services, or use modified app copies. Where reasonable, we will state a reason; serious abuse may result in immediate action. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time via Support.

8. Availability and changes

The Services are provided "as is". We work to keep them online and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and render results may vary. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice in the app or on Discord.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSD ETC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Third parties and Minecraft disclaimer

FSD Studio and this website are not official Minecraft products. They are not approved by, or associated with, Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. The Services also rely on third-party services (such as Google Firebase, Cloudflare and public Minecraft APIs), whose own terms apply to their parts of the service.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans (Pro and Max) are digital goods, delivered as soon as they are activated on your account. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, refunds are not provided. The only exceptions are cases where a technical fault on our side prevented the service from working, or where a paid plan was never activated — these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord server or email fsdteamofficial@gmail.com within the 24-hour window, including your account email or User ID and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method where possible. Cancelling or stopping a plan does not refund unused time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through Discord support or email. If unresolved, the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms and policy updates

We may update these Terms and our other policies from time to time. Every change is recorded on our Policy Updates page with the date, what changed, and what it means for you. Material changes — such as changes to refund or privacy rules — will also be announced in the app and on Discord. By continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
